Now that we’ve formalized the partnership, the next steps are set in motion. Here’s what to expect on your onboarding journey:
1. Sales Hand-Off: Your dedicated sales representative will be reaching out shortly to schedule a sales hand-off meeting. During this call, you’ll meet your Customer Success Team who will guide you through every phase of your onboarding.
2. Customer Success Kick-Off: Once the sales hand-off is complete, your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will schedule a customer success kick-off session to take you through your onboarding journey. This session is designed to ensure a smooth start with SnapAttack and provide you with everything you need to hit the ground running.

3. Onboarding Support and Engagement: Our standard onboarding process typically spans 30-60 days, depending on integration, speed, and team availability. Throughout this period, we’ll be with you every step of the way, ensuring your success.
